Delivery

Our order process starts with the order of your product. We will continue to inform you about the status of your order. The delivery time is about two working days and this applies to all products in our webshop. We only deliver in the Netherlands. Shipping is completely free!

How do I return a product?
These return conditions only apply to items purchased in the webshop.

Take your item to a PostNL point. Stick the PostNL return sticker on the shipping box on top of your own address.

Or stick a sticker with the following address on the box and take it to the PostNL point:

Every return is processed within five working days. After processing you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation. The total amount including shipping costs will then be refunded as soon as possible, always within maximum 14 days after receipt of the (undamaged and unused) returned products.

Graziozo has the right to claim additional compensation in the event of damage to returned items or unpaid shipping costs. Graziozo also has the right to reduce the value of the item if unnecessary damage has been caused to the item.
